Does anyone know how long an AFO licence takes and is it the same as A First Occupation Licence. The property was built in 1982 and has a Finca and Cadastral number. Regards
why would you need an AFO? if it is on the catastral plot and finca it is legal. to answer your question an AFO is issued through the townhalls and can take months and it is not the same as a First licence of occupation.
