Hi could you help me please. I am planning a sea fishing trip around Mojacar with a friend, I understand that I will need a licence. Could you tell me please who I need to apply to, can I do it on line from the UK.

Chris, if you intend going out on a licenced boat officially regesterd the owner of the boat should have the neccessary licence to cover you and any other fishermen (they would normally supply rods and bait too) If it is a "self venture, you need to obtain a licence. The Repsol garage just before the Garrucha island at the far end of Mojacar can arrange this. It wll take some "Spanish few days)

Shore fishing you need a license,also note that you cannot fish off some beaches between May and October,only at night, between 9 pm And 9am I think.Tight lines.
