It’s gone really quiet on here for a number of weeks. Used to get really useful information from here, not so much lately. Use it or lose it peeps.

Totally agree with you on that statement. I now just skip through it as all it seems to be  about is PCR tests and where to get them from and how much. You can find 99% of this info on the Internet. Please let's go back back to how this forum used to be, informative, friendly, helpful and funny.

The forum is good and we can have discussions, debates, information sharing etc. I hope it doesn't die because the alternative the the Facebook version which is debate etc for the Braindead.

I have no problem with the Covid related queries as we are in unchartered waters for 18 months and people can be apprehensive. It's the cocky asshole who thinks Covid = Flu is the problem along with much misinformation about. The same kind of person is one who refuses to wear a mask in areas where it should be worn and they tend to spit openly and blow smoke for whatever cheap cigarettes they smoke into the face of anybody who's near. I won't mention social distancing.

But, unlike other fora this forum is allowing discussion on the benefits of Brits acquiring Irish passports and for that alone Alex deserves some praise.

I keep saying that us posters here don't have to sleep together; all we gotta do is share a few discussions and wonder how some people decide how they vote (democracy has its limits, you know!).

Totally agree. Too many repetitive questions regarding this test or that test and all have been answered many times before. Please put your covid test question in the ‘what are you looking for box’ above.

Hey Delbus,

It's not the end of this forum, it's still ticking over OK. I do a quick search every day or so . I don't think it boring if someone asks a question that's been asked before. Often a 'new' answer turns up, or some clarification on a previous post.

When all seems lost,  perhaps a few contributors can post something humorous or controversial - now that would make a change LOL !

As long as we don't get like FB.....' I had cornflakes for breakfast this morning and the darn milk was warm when I prefer it cold' .   If you know what I mean. ;-)

I joined a while back and find it informative. As someone who is interested in exploring the area for possible property purchase it is really helpful to have the views of yourselves who know the area....I suppose a drop in chat is down to all the inactivity socially...I for one probably won’t look to try to get over until 2022....just so much hassle to get out the uk and return.

All forums go up & down a bit, don't know why but don't worry, it'll still be here in years to come.

I too skip alot of the covid questions but understand people's concern.  Sometimes someone asks a question i feel i can help by giving a reply other times i post a question myself and am interested in any replies i get, and grateful for people taking the time to reply.  Take it as it comes if you haven't got anything constructive to say just scroll down.  Alot of us have been here for years and others are just taking the step to move to Spain.  Be kind folks.  Its easier than bellyaching about things.
