Unitil the fine for letting your dog found the beach/footpath is raised to be a deterrent fouling will keep happening. If it were 1000euro and you heard someone has been caught and fined, then attitudes/behaviour would change.
Justice must be done in order to maintain standards.

Easy solution, take a phone picture and report to Policia/Guardia Civil.
They will attempt to trace the culprit.
Better still if you are able - tell the perpetrator what you are doing and they are also going to be feaured on Youtube. Works well...........
Thats what I do ! When we walk our dog.
Have you not noticed the Spanish never pick up dog poop.

I’m looking to buy a property in the region & when I visited Bacor, Granada. Also noticed this whilst walking round. I noted, If I was to purchase in that area, I would set up a campaign to ‘pick up poo’ happy to volunteer to raise awareness, now I know it is a wider issue.

A resident asked the local Townhall about the possibility of putting doggie poop penalty signs on the local lamposts.
It worked because within two weeks the Townhall had fitted suitable warning notices to local lamposts.
Even the local guy we had problems with started using doggie bags.
Worth a try for anyone to complain direct to the Townhall and check out their response.
