anyone been able to get through on the telephone lines?  trying to amend our trip and it won't allow us to do it online we have to phone, so far have manged to get through to the holding line where they just play an annoying message telling you to amend your booking on line[can't do that!] and some dreadful music and no idea how long you have to wait.  so far spent over 20euros with no answer hanging on for over 30 minutes help!

after trying on line and being told over and over to phone to amend our booking today suddenly it allowed me to amend the booking to next year and the money we have already paid was deducted from the total cost of the original tickets with no amendment fees.  now just hope Covid has gone away by next August and we will enjoy the brand new ferry experience.  They never did reply to my emails not even the boss!

I know, same here. Brittany Ferries cancelled our trip.. I was holding for ages listening to that music.....Luckily, yesterday afternoon they rang me to re book.....
