Al Forno in Vera has Flamenco dancing every so often. Check their website for dates.

Dolce Vita in Mojacar have a Flamenco Show every Thursday. Although it is sold along with a 3 course meal at 25 euros per person, I understand you can just rock up and watch while having a drink ;)
