I have heard many differing opinions as to whether children under 14 need Residencia. I have taken advise from a number of professionals and cannot get a definitive answer.
One solicitor has told us that we don’t need it and suggested we waited until he was14. Another told us we should do it!
Any help, advise and experience gratefully received.
