Has anyone used aaparking.es long term parking at Almeria, servicing and ITV service?

Hi
Trying to work out the costs of owning car in Spain vs. hiring 3 or 4 times a year. We fly into and out of Almeria to visit our apartment in Mojacar Playa. I came across www.AAparking.es, they operate a long term parking and optional servicing and ITV service for holiday home owners at Almeria Airport and other airports, has anybody used this service?
