Hi Guys.

Just been to the Dacia dealership in Vera to start the process of buying a car, the lady I met does not speak English and my Spanish it terrible,  I did see that some one had said there is a lady there who speaks English, can anyone recommend somewhere I could purchase a vehicle. I am looking to buy new and was keen on the Dacia range as they had some good deals.

Thanks.

Hi Stuart, we have had two Dacia's.  Hubby has a duster, bought from Lorca.  I purchased a stepway in Vera.  Loved the car, hated the dealerships.  Lorca was only interested in providing finance.  Vera took my car for its first service and failed to replace the oil.  That required a new engine and gearbox which they were more than reluctant to replace.  When I decided to change my car I wanted a new stepway tried without success to get the dealership to contact me.  They just weren't interested.  As a result went to Antas got an excellent deal on a Kia.  Sales people were really helpful after sales service has been equally good.  Would highly recommend.

Sadly, I think poor customer service is pretty much a fact of life in this part of Spain 😟😟

Hi Guys.

Thank you for your response to my question. I have an appointment at Dacia in Vera on Monday with Anna who has been recommended so will give them a try and report back.

Thanks.
