Has anyone else had problems work Next in Turre now that they've sold out the TV to another company?

Hi - we received a call from NEXT as our internet wasn’t working properly, they came out and had to reconfigure the IP or something. The Technician said it was due to NEXT now being called Poplus, although I’m sure I’ve spelt that wrong. Not sure if this answers your question or helps.

No prob with Internet but huge problem with TV package. Next passed it on to GTI. Absolutely no customer service at all.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes that was my problem as well except that I rang Global who invoice me every month for the TV. After they got me to do several tests they told me my television was broken. They don't have technicians to come out to my home. My son is in the UK but had a house here near to me and he said not to buy a new one because he had a spare one I could have. He also got me to do numerous tests and it is the TV box that is not working. The TV is ok. I am now looking to buy a new TV box.

I lost count of the amount of emails I have sent them! Had requested my tv to be turned on in June, finally got it on mid July...but had no sound! Did manage to contact and was told an engineer would call to fix. We are still waiting. Told them to cancel but have still not received confirmation. I will just bring my fire stick from now.

I had problems when they transfered to gtiberia but I rang their helpline on 900696066 and got a very helpful english speaking person based in Denia who sorted my problem.

I have also used customer@gtiberia.es and had replies in a day or two. 

My experiences are a couple of years ago so things mat have got worse since then.....
