Hi. I wonder if anyone is having the same problem and what if anything they did about it. The last electricity bill i received was in November last year. I have  been trying to get up to date bills but have found out today that unbeknown to me I have been switched. Trouble is no-one can tell me who to only the National grid who only speak spanish as I am not fully conversant am having to get someone else to do this for me. Apparently this is happening all the time and is illegal with a €30.000 fine. I am in dialogue with Si Compare who are putting me on a tariff but I still dont know how to get my previous bills. I am not a permanent resident so have to do this mostly from the Uk

I would love to know if Anyone else experienced this   Cheers

our experience is that we are with Fenia Energia but have not had a proper bill since last Nov because they get the readings through Endesa and they have not read the meter properly so we are only getting a low estimated bill.  Perhaps you could ask Endesa if they know who you are registered with?
