Can anyone indicate a good lawyer in the Mojacar area? We may have found a property and need to act quickly before going back to uk.

My husband and I used Angla Morales ( Angela) on Mojaca Playa  afew doors down from the  Cajamar  bank ( up the stairs) she was wonderful  gave us an estimate and  was spot on, very trust worthy and honest, she also speaks English  and   belongs to a well established family.  Good luck with whoever you  choose.  Just one tip, please do your homework.         

Maria Maroto every time.  Helpful efficient and aresonable price.  I particularly liked the fact that she keeps in touch by email and gives you a spreadsheet breakdown of costs.  

We were in the unenviable position of having sold but not having found anywhere - however that all changed very quickly and she managed to pull out all the stops and complete on our new place on the same day as our sale.  Didn't charge extra for the express service either.

In my meaning " Doing your homework" I mean check everything out, that there is  no debt on the property , and you will own the land the house is built on. Get a nota of simple on the property  ( because debt stays with the house NOT the owner) and make sure that there no debts owing on water,or,electricity or bazrua. Make sure also that  nothing is going to be built " on your door step" 

If you do choose  to go with Ms  Morales then you are one million percent safe.     Good luck. & Best wishes
