Is there a Leish jab?    I always use a collar but the vet has never advised on a jab!

I have contacted my vet, so I will post his reply. Do you find the collar works adequately? Which make of collar do you use? Many thanks

Well it’s always a scalibor collar.  They last for varying lengths of time for different things. I’m paranoid about Leish .   Daisy had her collar on a week, but it takes longer to go through into their system, supposed to put them in a couple of weeks before, I forgot and she got a tick 🥺🙄.  I then didn’t trust the collar so went to the vet next block from Lopez on the playa. She is brilliant Astrid is her name , and got a great pipette to apply to her neck. It lasts a month ,so she never picked up anything else.

That is great, thank you. I use a pipette monthly here against fleas, ticks and lungworm.

Do you remember the brand you used?

Thanks for the name of vet xx
