Hello,
I am on the brink - I hope - of agreeing to buy a property near Lubrin for use as a holiday home. It's really exciting but I have to focus on practicalities. I need a lawyer who speaks English and Spanish so if anyone has had a good personal experience of buying recently I'd appreciate a recommendation for a lawyer.

Emma Randle, she is English with an office in Mojacar and Almeria. She has done a lot of work for people in Lubrín including ourselves and is very thorough and helpful.
