Unfortunately from what I’ve seen on here and experienced, they never refund and they don’t honour guarantees either x

I second that - it’s a legal requirement that they give you the book.  There is three copies, one stays in the book, one you keep, one you send to Junta de Andalucia ... complaints are a big thing and are taken very seriously by Junta de Andalucia.

As DM says,but some places refuse to give you the book(they know it causes grief) if they refuse then let them know you will make a 'denuncia' to the police
