Hi,My brick wall was built in the wrong place a few years ago.My Spanish neighbour, who is lovely, and whose land it backs on to ,told us that it should be father back, giving us a larger garden area. This would be in line with the house next door.It gives us about 10 extra feet.We had the architect out to look at it and he agreed that it needed moving, after looking at the Town Halls plans. However,I forgot to ask him if it needs a licence for small obras, even though we are just moving it back and rebuilding it.We are coming out in April and would like to do it then.Does anyone know please?Thank you.

i believe that all small building works need a licence from your town hall but they would be the one to check with

Yes Alicia is correct all small building works need a license, obtained from the town hall and very cheap. just a few euro's.
