Highly recommend.

One small word of advice. Do not use the Solicitor recommended by your Estate Agent. Patent potential Conflict of Interest.

We used Angela Morales in Mojacar.  She is a member of the Spanish law society.   Her assistants. Begonia and Chloe are excellent.  Would recommend them.  

I have not used her,but,I have never heard a bad word about her, and loads of people say she is great

Hi we have used Amanda previously and found her to be excellent. One word of caution though, Amanda is not a solicitor. So if anything should go wrong you'll then have to find a solicitor to sort things out. I agree with earlier reply do not under any circumstances take what seems the easy option and go with a solicitor recommended by the estate agent

Thank you for that. That’s good to know. I’ve just had a reply saying  Amanda Oakley is not a solicitor! I sent an email to Angela Morales a few days ago but she hasn’t replied. Do you know if she’s slow in replying or would it be better to call her?

I would call her.  We always found they responded very quickly.  They were very thorough and professional.  They worked well for us.   Good luck with your move to Spain.
