 Family is encouraged to help with general care like to and from the toilet or helping a person eat BUT they do care for you a million times better than the UK. Please don’t tell that to many people over there as we have enough idiots coming here slagging the system off.

...me lonely moments , thank goodness for Spanish speaking friends . In the uk I’ve had cancer treatment and it’s been second to none . The Macmillan follow up is brilliant . I’ve used A&E quite a few times as farm and building work goes hand and hand with injuries . Why do expats still need to slag off the uk . Amazes me

...o and I cannot fault the care and treatment.  And the best part of all,  I was CURED.  I have gone for regular check ups ever since.
