Hi group has anyone been granted an AFO on there property in the el saltador area by the Town hall would be good to hear how they got on

Don't hold your breath for an AFO, we agreed a purchase in El Saltador in January 2022 and the AFO was applied for in February 2022 with all of the architects drawings etc. We are now in February 2023 and even though everything has been paid for and we are told the only wait is for the AFO to be issued we are still waiting. Our solicitor put a financial hold on a significant sum to put the pressure on the seller to complete the AFO and it would be important for you to do the same to focus the mind of the seller.

Hello all,
We are in the same boat, we have been told it will take about a year to get an answer from the Junta de Andalucia. We have had the go ahead from the town hall but not the JDA!
