Internet problems

Hi all, as you will know from my posts I have sung the praise of Digi Mobil and internet. However over the past 7 days we have not been able to receive phone or internet to the house, but have to travel a couple of Kms up the road to receive a signal. I know we live in a mountainous area but never stopped it before. Anyone any ideas?

Digi are carried by Movistar; I’m on Digi and noticed my signal wasn’t great around HO.

NOW … Digi ARE upgrading their fibre-optic networks September / October and your current issues could be as a result of that.

Try https://downdetector.es/ to see if there are any specific issues related to Digi in your area; failing that, call Digi customer support - they are usually pretty responsive and might be able to give some indication of what’s going on

Thanks Darío, I did call into the shop In HO. The most ignorant and arrogant person I've ever come across. I waited in a que of several people handing over hands full of cash, for some reason or other, when It was my turn I explained I had no internet to the house, she said you have a phone signal now. I said yes but the problem is. When I was abruptly stopped and told to go down the street to see someone else. Some customer care eh. But I will try your solution Mario thanks

The shops aren’t Digi specifically - they are Digi franchises.  Ring their customer care on 642 642 642 - you’ll get a much much better service
