Call to a farmacía. Their computerised records will indicate the Spanish equivalent of your medicine/tablets.

Google the actual name of the drug (not the trade name) asking for the name in Spain.  It will normally bring up the result.  For instance I take asacol (that's the brand name).  The drug is mesalazine. In Spain it is mesalazina. 

Take your uk prescription to pharmacia, they will x reference
