There could also be overreporting of deaths attributed to  covidcare homes in UK. It is becoming clear that many are automatically recorded on death certificates without any form of examination or test to prove reason. If questioned by family or care home they are advised only recourse is autopsy which may take several weeks. Guess which way they go.
