Hi,
Not sure about Garrucha but Mojacar via Vodafone in Centro Commercial. They have an English speaker. May be worth asking about Garrucha. You give your address and they input into computer.
We were told 43€/ mth by another poster but when Sandra went in it was 35€/pcm for 3 months and then 70€/pcm thereafter but there are all manner of packages incl landline phone, free mobile sims, etc.
Moviestar was also mentioned.
If there is a Visitor Information Centre / Tourist Information centre in.Garrucha fire off an e mail to them.
The VIC in Mojacar is excellent.
Vodafone, Etc should be on Google Search.

I use Airnet in Garrucha 50mb for 22.36 i think they are still doing free installation and are at the lidl end of town.
