poor service from airnetfibra
I just wanted to say how dissappointed i was with the service from airnet in Garrucha, i went to their shop in Garrucha on the 9th Oct. to ask fibre optic internet installed in my apartment, i had to go back to the shop the on the 16th Oct as i had heard nothing from them, finally the engineer came on Tues. 20th, a wait of 10 days, on that visit i gave the engineer my bank details for future monthly payments. Thats not all, on Wed.11th Nov the internet went off about 12 oclock and i had to go back to the shop again to report this, at this point i will say that i cannot speak any Spanish,through my friend as an interpreter, the lady on reception said it was ok and it would be reconnected later.I assumed they had found my bank details.The next day still no internet so i had my friend call the shop and they said if i bring my bank card and pay it would be on again.WHY DIDNT SHE SAY THAT THE NIGHT BEFORE. Also only 3 weeks had elapsed since the internet was installed, not a month had gone since it was installed. People please be aware when looking for new suppliers. POOR SERVICE.
