Can anyone recommend: A PERSON EXPERIENCED IN CHANGING EXISTING SOLAR WATER HEATER TANK FOR A NEW ONE

I have a 12 year old Megasun SP300 Solar Water Heater on the flat roof above my carport. The 300 litre tank is now faulty (the panels are perfect) and I have access to a supplier who can deliver a brand new replacement tank. I am looking for a person who would be experienced and qualified to exchange the two tanks. I live in Bedar.
