We have a Consum card and we had to use a neighbours telephone number. I presume it’s the same for Dia.

Yes like many, you need a Spanish number

Concur with all the others - it’s your UK numbers that are the problem and the fact you still probably have the region of your phone in settings set to UK, so you will default to UK Play / App Store … and it won’t be available on that store.

Did you bring a phone with you and then swap SIM to Spanish?  If so it may well be that you have to set the region of your phone to Spain as well otherwise as above it will default to the country of region play / app stores.  The Dia app is only available from the Spanish App / Play stores so the phone *must* be set as Spain in region / location settings in the phone

e.g. For iPhone, here’s a screenshot of the Language & Region under Settings -> General.  Android will have something similar to tell it which Google Play Store to access.

You can download the Dia App APK from Apkpure and it installs ok on a UK phone. I think you said you couldn't download / install it? Whether you'll be able to use it is another matter, it started up ok, but obviously spoke to me in Spanish, so I don't know!
