We are interested in this property and would be pleased to hear from anyone who could help with any information on the property.
One concern is that the property has been empty for some time and it looks like the a farmer may have taken over most of the land and planted it with we thing olive trees we are told by the agent that the land remains to be sold with the house which has been empty for 14yrs. can we get this land back? or is there any thing in Spanish law that allows the farmer to keep it. we have been told by the agent that the owners have not sold or rented the land to the farmer. very strange!!
