Nearest Centro de Salud

I've just got my 'Documento Acreditativo del Derecho a Assitencia Sanitaria' and it says I need to take it to the Centro de Salud in order to obtain my Health Card. Can I do this in the Consultorio in Bédar, or do I need to go to the Centro de Salud in Vera (or somewhere else)?
I'd prefer to register with the doctor in Bédar, but I'm not sure if that is a separate process that needs to happen after I've got my health card.
