How do I get to see the doctor??

Can anyone please advise me on how to get in touch with Sonia (Bedar Doctor). I’ve had four separate messages via the App to confirm a call from the doctor, but never actually get the call. I’ve tried ringing numerous times...no answer. Don’t want to go to the surgery without an appointment but it’s imperative that I see Sonia ASAP! I guess I’m missing a point here somewhere so if anyone can advise me I would be very grateful
