Hi l own a property in Bedar,
I have been offered a job in Spain, specialising in solar.
Need advise from someone who has recently obtained their visa's ( residential and work visa's)
What is the best process to obtain.
I am UK resident at the moment.
I have Spanish nie number and spanish bank account.

I can tell you that your potential employer must apply for the work permit on your behalf, and must prove your skill cannot be found elsewhere in the EU. If your particular skill is on the occupation shortage list, this should not present much of a problem.
Be advised that ministry of the interior advises this process can take up to 8 months
