I used her last year, (completed in Nov) after reading many reviews on her. Very very happy with Amanda and and Ellie's service and price for work done. You may find her a little abrupt and to the point at times, rest assured she has your interests fully taken care of when it comes to your purchase, she will leave no stone unturned and will sniff out any bullshit. Most of the local estate agents don't like her, because she sees right through them, after all they want to make a sale, and some are very economical with the facts, use your common sense when it comes to buying in Spain, and do your homework. But from the legal side if you use Amanda, you'll have nothing to worry about and she will represent you with the up most professionalism. I'm looking to buy a second property to renovate and will be using her again. Hope this helps you and good luck with your purchase.

Your very welcome, it can be a little daunting buying abroad, plus all the horror story's on the web about illegal properties in Almeria etc. Amanda will look after you and your interests very well, you've no worries. You'll see all the thank you cards on her office wall from all the many many happy buyers, when you go there to meet her, if you decide to use her.
