I agree, it's not a buyers market, and €500,000 for €130,000 they must have been mad, make an offer as you do in the UK normally10% off if your lucky, there are still buyers moving to this area because of Brexit and the whole state of the U.K. I prefer a warm coffin, Spain forever.
