I received these updates today from my solicitor dealing with our house purchase today, has anyone heard of these changes happening?
Over the last few weeks things have changes
in Spain. Any money coming from a GB IBAN number, will have 1% deducted on it´s arrival in Spain. This is due to the UK being out of the EU. So please make sure your currency company do not use a GB IBAN to send money
never heard of that one what Bank are you using? never had a fee charged for any monies deposited by IBAN route into our Spanish account but they do charge for sending.

Bankia.... Its not my Bank but the solicitors, my money goes there from our UK house sale so they can pay the buyer etc...
