Hi, I used Angela Moreales for my Apartment Purchase and Residency, could not fault her or her assistant Chloe, a couple of friends of mine have also used Paula Similie who has extremely good reviews as well.

This is in the centre of Vera with plenty of street parking nearby.
She and her colleagues are excellent in my experience (I am a lawyer in the UK, so am used to client demands...) and they speak perfect English. They regularly applied to emails late in the evening and were very helpful with related matters eg opening bank accounts, liaising with the others involved in our purchase, dealing with the tax authorities, getting the NIE etc
I agree, ourselves and everybody we know who have used Paloma have been extremely satisfied with the services provided.
