Where Can I Book A PCR Covid Test?

Hi - I would be grateful of some advice please. My parents live in Antas and I am flying over to see them, due to some health issues they are experiencing. When I fly back to UK, I will obviously have to have a pre-departure PCR covid test - does anyone know where I could book one of these in the Antas or surrounding areas?
