My wife has friends who are asylum seekers and have been in Spain for over five years. Their application for residency has been refused and they have submitted an appeal. Since the appeal they are looking for a certificado de silencio certificate of silence because they have now had their employment and access to their bank account cancelled. I would appreciate any information/advice from anyone that can help them.
