Certainly agree with review of Angela Morales and Chloe in Mojacar. Nothing is too much for them and they handle everything and explain all the details for you . Would most definitely recommend them to anybody who is taking the first steps to purchasing a property

Well, you certainly like “arid” lol - Sorbas is close by where the various Spaghetti Westerns were filmed - High Plains Drifter etc

I beg to differ Dario!  Sorbas is very big, one of the best kept secrets of the Levante region 8and is mostly not like Tabernas desert!

The municipio of 249 sq kms is more than twice as large as that of Turre and more than four times the size of Vera.  To the east, Sorbas limits with Bedar and Turre from Arroyo Morera in the Sierra Cabrera stretching south to pass Gafarillos and Mizala in the foothills down to limit with Carboneras,  then to the south-east to Lucainena de las Torres and north to limit with Lubrin and Uleila del Campo.  The scenery is very varied and there are many delightful unspoilt small villages and the total population is less than 10 people per sq km!  To top it all we're only about 50 kms from Almeria, airport and train and when we're unfortunate enough to need a hospital, we go to Torrecárdenas or the Vitthas  Virgen del Mar (private) instead of Huercal Overa.   All points for me in it's favour but then you've got to love country living with all its pros & cons.

You’re quite right and I apologize - that was a gross generalization on my part.  I haven’t explored Sorbas, only seen bits of it and of course Fort Bravo on the A92.  There IS a lot of greenery running up to it and some stunning scenery.

The scenic road up from Bedar to El Marchal / Lubrín is simply breathtaking and the Virgen on top of the “hill” outside Uleila is still one of my most favourite scenic spots.  You are literally on top of the world there

Hi I can reiterate the comments about Angela Morales, Solicitor and her Para Legal Chloe.  Both are excellent. Friendly, speak English, are patient  professional and just so lovely to deal with  Angela's hubbie has an insurance business and you could use him also.  Hes very competitive and thorough also.  Angela would advise you.  She will not touch properties that are not legal.    Best of luck with your move.  Mary

Thank you!!!!

Why do you need any Lawyer to uy any property? There are other cheaper ways, unless you are too well heeled. Or afraid because you dont know your ropes. If you are prone to buying a place on Mojacar Playa do contact me. You wont ever be sorry nor will you need any Lawyer. Just a Notary and me and my wife.

Another good lawyer is Michael John Davis in the Mojacar Parque Comercial.  Always use a lawyer unless you are fluent in Spanish and know Spanish law well enough to understand 100%.
