Can anyone recommend: Villa rental & cleaning

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone knows of any persons or companies that are trustworthy when it comes to myself renting out our villa for holidays etc and we need it cleaning/turning around afterwards, key holding etc, checking no damages when holidaymakers have left etc. Also looking for someone to look after our pool for the same purposes. Looking for someone local in the Almanzora/cantoria/Albox area, hopefully you can recommend someone or give us some pointers.
