I am after advice on how people approached the transition point from selling their house in the UK to buying their home in almeria. As in letting banks have addresses, what address to give. Postal service's from UK. Whether to do everything in UK and then rent in Spain. Hopefully this makes sense. Any help would be soooooo much appreciated. Cheers

Sell in the tax year before you buy to avoid capital gains tax on UK property. You must not be classed as tax resident in the year you sell UK property.
