Hi all
We are in Albox just now and are in the process of completing a purchase of a lovely property in Limaria . Today our house will be shown on channel 4 at 4 pm on sun sea and selling houses. Unfortunately the couple on the program don’t manage to purchase the house and their loss has been our gain. We will be watching today with the present owners in our future home. Exciting times ahead.

We were avid viewers of that programme and every other programme relating to Spanish properties. We saw a beachfront penthouse in April 2017 on the Thursday, booked flights over at the weekend and bought it on the following Monday. Best thing we have ever done, we have been over eight times since buying and are retiring over there in October this year. BEST MOVE WE HAVE EVER DONE.!!
