Renewing Driving licence

My husband needs to renew driving licence.
Anyone know rules now we have Cvid19 restrictions?

As far as I am aware, you cannot renew during restrictions. Licence expirations that occur during the state of alarm will be overlooked by Tráfico and licence can then be renewed once restrictions are lifted
