Enix abd to almeria? 

We are looking at purchasing a 2 bed apartment and am very interested in the El Balcon apartments  However, we won't be able to purchase until early next year once my husband retires, so are hoping (in vain) that there may be some still available then, otherwise we will be keeping an eye out for a resale!  We will be looking to use it for holidays for us and for friends and family to use also.  We are also wanting to rent it out to cover costs.  Can anyone already living/holidaying at these apartments give us ANY useful info regarding the purchasing process, legal firms used?  Do many people rent out their apartments successfully? How well soundproofed are they, if purchasing a lower apartment?  ANYTHING else you can tell about holidaying there?  And anything I've forgotten to ask??  Many thanks in advance.  

"Papi" is a young dog and appears to have been well treated, although a little skinny. We found him just over one week ago.  7th April.  We are looking after him but we have an elderly labrador who is not too happy with Papi!

apt all sorted and signed for just waiting to find out when we need to come over, anyone know of best places to get a kitchen purchased and fitted and decent furniture shops in the enix, aguadulce, and almeria area.

good evening everyone. looking at apts at enix , want to know any info on area i.e. bars restuarants , the town of enix , taxis to the coast area if a night out required . basically any info to help before we come out to explore the area.

hi! Myself and my partner have just bought an apartment in Enix and are hoping to come over in between Xmas and the new year.We are doing some improvements to the property and need to install a kitchen etc.We were wondering were the best places to go for furniture,white goods etc and any information about the area would be useful.We are hoping to have the services connected but are bringing some camping gear in case! It would be nice to hello to anyone nearby,Liane and Cav.
