Can anyone recommend: Architect

Hello All 

 i am in need of an architect for a renovation property, the Spanish one currently employed does in no way near fulfill te requirements for a modern Architect,Customer driven instead of own interest driven , keeping to terms and agreements ,instead of following his own plan ,...etc etc.

i know i will need to start over again ,but everything better than the one currently chosen 

in short i need a Modern Architect located in the greater Mojacar /Vera/  area  ( English speaking /German also fine ) who knows what is modern day customer-service .
