ITV in Vers

Hi there.  We were there last week.  The receptionist speaks excellent English.  The guys on the checking line do not but are good at sign language.  All in all took about 30 minutes and with no appointment.  Hope this  alays  any fears !!

I was recommended to book online. 

When you get there go to the check in machine, recommend 15- 20 min before appointment time.

Then, go to Receptionist with machine paperwork, show car documents, pay the fee and watch for your appointment to come up on screen.

Another tip. Wait by you car and use the outside screen

I waited in the office, saw my number come up went straight to the car only to find some Spanish "friend" had done what the Spanish do and he had raced to be in front of me  even though his appointment was clearly listed after mine. He had waited in his car with the engine running. So I had to wait for him to finish. 

Of course, wouldn't you guess,  he had problems and he was stuck in front of me for 40 minutes. 

Satisfyingly he failed. :-)
