Ghee clarified butter

The only place I have seen it is in Albox.  If you drive past mercadona going up the hill towards suicide corner there is a small shop (on the same side as mercadona).  It has a sign for pay as you go mobiles.  In there you will find the plus every spice you might want for curries, poppadoms, the lot.  Only thing I couldn't get was onion powder.  The teenage girl who works there speaks several languages and is very helpful- prices are ok too.

Alternatively, Google it make your own,  hubby did and the results were good.
