YES! The good news is that unless your TIE is expired, you don't need to get it changed, merely advise of change of address. This link will also change your address with DGT, AEAT and TGSS if you require - all in one go. You need to wait about 4 to 6 weeks after you change your Padrón for this to be working, as that's how long a new Padron takes to filter through the system and so allow the online change of address, but you can at least do it all in one go, online.
