Builder recommendation

Hi
We are based in the U.K. and have recently purchased an apartment in Vera Playa and are looking to have a tiled roof out on our existing pergola. We have had a quote but the builder is asking for 500 euros deposit . His name is Eduard Caloran and I’m just wondering if anyone else has used him and if they can recommend him? thanks in ad
