Hi, we had an excellent holiday TV service with Next. This was then changed to GTI. We have had nothing but problems since the change over. After 2 months finally got TV turned on to have no sound. Was advised this would be escalated to a technician...that was back in July!! No answer to emails, WhatsApp etc. Now they have stopped charge from my bank!
Anyone manage to communicate with GTI?
Can anyone recommend alternative holiday TV package please?
