Hi, I am a professional personnel trainer and run low impact fitness classes to improve balance, energy, movement and cardio every Monday mornings in Albox, also run a mental fitness quiz in the afternoons. I now run the same classes/quizes in Oria and will be starting the same in my studio in Velez-Rubio this month.
Morning sessions 11-12 (coffee after) and quizes 3-4, they are informal sessions with plenty of help and fun.
