Reform license

Hi I have a town house in Vélez-Rubio and I am told I need a reform license to carry out building works does anyone know how much a reform license costs!

It depends on the size and scope of the reform, as well as the area in which you are. We enclosed a small terrace and it was classed as a small works licence. We paid 86 euros but then got almost all of the cost back once I took the certified licence back to the townhall. The certified licence shows that the builder has properly disposed of the building rubbish.
